Travel Days: half price for each additional day if she is required to travel on days other than those on which she is speaking
Reimbursements: expenses for travel, accommodations, and other expenses, such as for video conferencing, are reimbursed by hosts; Dawn flies out of Barbados.
Payment: 50% of fees paid when engagement is booked, 50% on the date of the event prior to speaking.
Cancellation: 60% of the initial fee will be refunded if the host cancels up to 15 days prior to the speaking date; ANY NON-REFUNDABLE TRAVEL EXPENSES INCURRED MUST BE PAID IN FULL, EVEN IF ENGAGEMENT IS CANCELLED. If speaker cancels due to illness or natural disaster we reserve the right to reschedule the engagement.
